Ayana Pedrick will teach Forest Yoga. Created by Ana Forest, Forest Yoga is a Hatha-based practice using asana, core work, intention, and breath to move energy in your internal landscape. Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket for comfort, as we’ll be outside on the grass. All are welcome.
