Harvest of Voices

Harvest of Voices

Thursday, Sept. 22nd, 6pm
Blue Sage Center

Mountain Harvest Festival kicks off with the Harvest of Voices reading at Sage Alley, the new tented outdoor space behind the Blue Sage Center for the Arts. Cosponsored by the Delta County Libraries, the Harvest of Voices celebrates the bounty of the harvest season by inviting writers from across the Western Slope to share some of their best writing. Selections include poetry, fiction, non-fiction, essays, and song. Because of the popularity of the event which sells out and results in long waiting lists, for the past three years the event will be has been simulcast into Curtis Hall and across the street to the Paradise Theatre.

This is not to be missed! It has been a crowd favorite for many years.

Tickets support literary arts events. A simulcast of the event will also be available for viewing at Curtis Hall and the Paradise Theatre once the live reading sells out. Tickets are $15 for seats at the Sage Alley. More information at www.bluesage.org. Live-streaming donations of $5 can be made at the door of Curtis Hall and the Paradise Theatre.
