Slow Food Western Slope invites you to attend a multi-course farm to table fundraising dinner! Our featured chefs are the Forage Sisters, a catering company owned by two women, guided by the seasons and inspired by the land. They source all ingredients from local farmers and custom craft every menu.
The dinner includes several courses including appetizers, tapas salads, dessert and more, and promises to be out-of-this-world. You can make reservations for the dinner by visiting slowfoodwesternslope.org.
This special farm to table dinner happens on Sunday, September 18 at 4 pm in the Midway Schoolhouse located at 12982 3700 Rd in “Midway” between Hotchkiss and Paonia. SEE MAP HERE
Proceeds from the dinner will be forwarded to World Central Kitchen! WCK has created a new model for disaster relief helping devastated communities recover and establish resilient food systems.
