Join Stone Cottage Cellars in celebrating harvest in the Valley with a Gourmet Food and Wine Pairing. An in-depth cellar tasting directly from the barrels follows a brief vineyard and cellar tour. The evening continues in the vineyard (rain or shine) with a seated food and wine pairing, beginning with a salad harvested directly from the vineyard gardens. Two select Stone Cottage Cellars white wines are then served with a plate of delectable morsels showcasing the combination of our crisp whites with fresh harvest fare. As you enjoy a palate cleanser of local sourdough bread, two select Stone Cottage Cellars red wines, left to breathe during the previous course, are served with a second plate of savory culinary creations designed to highlight the complexities of our reds. Finally, enjoy a sweet bit of dessert while savoring the view across the vines to the mountains in the distance. As the evening c o n c l u d e s , choose your favorite wines and we’ll package up two bottles, which are included in the price of your ticket. Brent and Karen Helleckson, owners and winemakers, provide an informative, casual dialogue throughout the pairings, completing this scenicculinary event.
