Join us to celebrate our local food producers at the Sunday Farmers’ Market on Sunday, September 25th at Paonia Town Park from 10am – 4pm. This is the perfect time of year to delight in the abundance of the North Fork Valley. Our elevation, warm summer days, cool nights, “million dollar wind”, and unique terroir of this region provide an ideal growing climate so that our farmers, ranchers, orchardists, and vintners can yield incredible flavors and nutrient dense food.
The market will feature a variety of locally and organically grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs, including tomatoes, peppers, squash, melons, garlic, onions, potatoes, carrots, beets, apples, pears, flowers, culinary and medicinal herbs, as well as beef, eggs, honey, value-added products such as jams and fermented foods, and so much more! Get to know our local farmers and taste what we grow!
