If ‘we get what we give’ then perhaps taking an hour to care for ourselves could be the greatest gift we can give. Yoga is an ancient (ancient=tried and true) science designed to release stress and calm the mind. ANYONE can practice yoga. If you are breathing, and willing, you can practice yoga. No one ever practices alone in my class; I am there with you and for you. A calm mind and unrestricted body take practice & time so we hold the poses for a minute or two to allow the brain to read/understand the information of the body’s movement. The poses work synergistically to leave one with a calm feeling both in the mind and body. All levels of experience are catered to in Amy’s classes. Please bring a mat for outdoor use. Take an hour to bring Your focus back to Your self.
