Ellen Stapenhorst & Friends

Ellen Stapenhorst & Friends

Paonia Town Park Stage

Saturday, September 25th from 10:00am – 11:15am

For over five decades Ellen Stapenhorst has been writing songs and bringing people together with music. From the LA coffee houses of the 60s and the eclectic band Tanglefoot in the 70s, Ellen’s musical journey has taken her to castles on the Rhine and countless venues in the U.S. and internationally. She shared stages with such folk as John Denver, Buffy Sainte-Marie, and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and her roots show in the social and environmental conscience of her songs.

Ellen is happy to return to the Mountain Harvest Festival stage with a special guest or two, including Randall Utterback. She brings a joyful, authentic warmth and humor to performing as she continues her mission of spreading optimism and hope in these challenging times.
