Sunday Farmers’ Market

Sunday, September 27th, 10am to 4pm
Town Park

Join us to celebrate our local food producers at the Sunday Farmers’ Market on Sunday, September 27th at Paonia Town Park from 10am to 4pm. This is the perfect time of year to delight in the abundance of the North Fork Valley. Our high elevation, warm summer days, cool nights, “million dollar wind”, and unique terroir of this region provide an ideal growing climate so that our farmers, ranchers, orchardists, and vintners can yield incredible flavors and nutrient-dense food. It has been a particularly challenging year for our local farmers with hard spring freezes, extreme drought, ditches turning off early, crop loss from disease, and more – please support our hardworking local agricultural producers!

The market will feature a variety of locally and organically grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs, including peppers, squash, melons, garlic, onions, potatoes, carrots, beets, flowers, culinary and medicinal herbs, as well as meat, eggs, honey, value-added products such as jams and fermented foods, and so much more! The Farmers Market will be located in Paonia Town Park at North Fork Ave, between 4th and 5th Streets in Paonia, CO. Get to know our local farmers and taste what we grow!
