VOGA’s Tasting Event at the Sunday Farmers’ Market: Join us at the Mountain Harvest Festival Farmers’ Market at Paonia Town Park on Sunday, September 24th at 1 pm for our local tomato and hot pepper tasting event with Thistle Whistle Farm. Sample fresh and ripe tomatoes, and the many varieties of hot (and sweet) peppers from farmer extraordinaire Mark Waltermire. Learn about Mark’s favorite varieties – he grows over 100 varieties of hot peppers – and optimum growing conditions for maximum flavor. This event is free and open to the public and will take place in the center of the Farmer’s Market area.
